U.S. laws exporter from China

A company that has a relationship with the Chinese government pleaded guilty to illegally exporting high bekualitas coatings from the U.S. for use in the construction of nuclear plants in Pakistan.

The U.S. Justice Department said the Chinese nuclear company, Huaxing Construction has been sentenced to a fine of U.S. $ 3 million for these mistakes.


The U.S. government currently does restrict exports of nuclear-related materials to Pakistan due to an explosion in one of Pakistan's nuclear devices in 1998.

This latter case being the first case in which a Chinese company to plead guilty in a criminal case related issues in U.S. exports.

Nanjing-based Huaxing admitted the charges they conspired to mention shipped its high bekualitas coating products through China to be sent to the Power Plant Nuiklir Pakistan named Chashma II in 2006 and 2007.

Huaxing involvement in the construction of nuclear power plants in Pakistan is part of the agreement contained in the pact of cooperation between China and Pakistan.

Previous subsidiary, PPG Industries which manufactures coatings or coating has telebih first pleaded guilty in a similar investigation in 2010.
